Tube Laser Cutting

The the OR-TS, a cutting-edge Tube Fiber Laser Cutting Machine with an innovative three-chuck design. Featuring one-button self-centering for fast clamping and rapid cutting, the three-point clamping corrects pipe bending, preventing inertial swinging. Adjustable clamping force accommodates pipes of all lengths, ensuring versatility. The machine achieves true zero tailing by pulling and cutting the pipe end, making it ideal for ultra-long workpieces. With a dedicated safe area, the OR-TS prioritizes personnel and equipment safety, offering a cutting-edge solution for precision cutting needs.

Pulse MIG Welding

Pulse MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding, also known as Pulse Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW-P), is a welding process that combines the advantages of traditional MIG welding with a pulsed waveform. This technique is widely used in various industries for its ability to provide better control over the welding process and improved weld quality.

TIG Welding

Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding, also known as Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW), is a welding process that uses a non-consumable tungsten electrode to produce the weld. It is a versatile and high-quality welding method that is commonly used for welding thin sections of stainless steel, aluminium, and other non-ferrous metals.

Robotic Welding

Eigen Steel owns an array of Robotic Pulse MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding cells, that combines the benefits of robotic automation with the unique characteristics of pulse MIG welding. Pulse MIG welding is a variation of traditional MIG welding, which uses a continuous wire feed as the electrode to create an electric arc between the workpiece and the welding gun.

Cut to Length Sections

We have a variety of automatic and manual feed metal band saws that can cut to length as well as do angle cutting, leaving an almost burr-less finish, we could do full bundle cutting of up to 550 mm diameter. Metal band saws are indispensable tools in metalworking industries due to their accuracy, efficiency, and ability to handle a variety of metal-cutting tasks.
